Finding the Fire Again

There comes a point where you realise you’ve fallen off. Maybe life got busy. Maybe you lost focus. Maybe you just stopped holding yourself accountable.

For me, it was all of the above. I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognise the man I used to be. I wasn’t fit. I wasn’t sharp. And I knew it was time to change.

That’s where this series begins.

Over the next 12 weeks, I’ll be pushing myself through some of the most gruelling training sessions of my life. Each week, I’ll step into a different gym, train under a new coach, and learn from fighters who are already living the discipline I need to rebuild.

This isn’t just about getting back into boxing shape. It’s about breaking the cycle of laziness, pushing past limits, and finding the warrior inside again.
