Shipping

UK orders over £50 qualify for free shipping. Standard UK delivery is £5.99 and takes 2–4 business days. EU shipping is £14.99 (2–11 business days) and rest of world is £23.99 (3–17 business days).

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you have a multi-item order, items may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses to get them to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed — if you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us. If your order gets stuck or lost in transit, please reach out and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped with insured handling.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned because of an address error, we'll refund the order (excluding shipping) and ask you to resubmit.

Customs & Taxes

Our prices are tax-free, so you may be liable for import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We're not responsible for delays or holds caused by customs. If a package is returned to us because it wasn't collected, we cannot refund the original shipping cost. For custom/personalised orders returned to us, please contact us immediately to arrange reshipping, as these are final sale.
