Every bespoke order starts with a consultation where we get to know your style, your story, and what you want your kit to represent. From there, our designer will put together initial concepts for your approval before moving into production. You'll be involved at every stage, with the opportunity to review and refine the design until it's exactly right.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for your bespoke order to be completed and delivered. As each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, timelines may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the order.
Due to the fully custom nature of our bespoke service, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke orders. We recommend working closely with our designer throughout the process to ensure every detail is exactly as you want it before production begins.
